New option for ‘assignees’ in the Client File

The Client File Module has a new Onboarding feature: the ​‘assignees’ option. With this feature, it is possible to assign clients to ​‘assignees’ such as practitioners, account managers or supervisors. Notifications can also be set up so that an ​‘assignee’ receives a notification when a client is assigned to him/​her. In this way, it can be made clear which user is responsible for which client.
