Limitation of mandatory fields in the Client Onboarding Module
Until now, all fields in the Client Onboarding Module had to be filled in before the onboarding could be completed. Since not all fields were relevant to all the different types of Blanco users, we have (largely) abandoned this restriction. This brings much more flexibility for our users.
The following fields are still mandatory, but all other fields are optional:
- First name
- Last name
- Telephone number
- Email address
If a non-mandatory field is filled in, the data will of course still be validated.
