Contact details User details

Up until now, professional users had to enlist Blanco’s help if clients forgot their login name. Professional users were unable to help their clients because they couldn’t view the client’s login details. Of course, this was not convenient, so we changed it. Professional users can now see the usernames of all their clients; they can also change their clients’ email addresses or phone numbers on request. We also added a full audit trail so that professional users can gain more insight into their clients’ behavior (e.g., how often a client logs in).
