Improved onboarding workflow

We have enriched the onboarding process with three new features. First, all steps are logged and professional users can view a full history of their activities. This audit trail is important from a compliance point of view. Second, only professional users in standard permission groups may move a request to ​“Accepted” or ​“Rejected”. Users with insufficient permissions cannot independently accept or reject the onboarding case. Thirdly, when ​“Accepting” or ​“Rejecting” a request, professional users can add a comment to record and save the motivation for an action.
