Improved identification flow in KYC & Compliance Suite

We have taken a close look at the Mitek identification flow and noticed that there is still room for further improvement. Mitek is the mobile identification system where clients can identify themselves by means of a passport scan and ​‘liveness check’. In the flow, it was not always clear whether a client had to take further steps immediately or the client had to wait, for the approval of documents for example, before they could proceed. We have now made these steps clearer and the texts more focused on the situation. This makes it even easier for your clients to go through the Mitek identification process.
