Customer intimacy with innovative Blanco iPad app for Wealth Managers
Never before did asset managers have the possibility to register customers with an iPad. With the unique Blanco app, wealth & asset managers are no longer tied to their computer for the registration of their new customers, but instead can go through the entire registration procedure with the customer at home, at their office or any other location. The app can be adapted to the image of the company and offers the possibility to organize functionalities as desired. With this app, Blanco is the first in the Netherlands to offer the opportunity for asset managers to present themselves in the most modern and stylish way.
New iOS app fastest way to process client-onboarding and KYC together with client
The iPad app meets a strong need of asset managers for more customer intimacy and the ability to work mobile. The app also provides considerable time savings: processes such as scanning ID-documents with automatic read-out functionality, looking up data in trade registers and recording all mandatory personal data are fully integrated.
Blanco’s CTO Dennis Overbeeke says about the new app: “The new app meets our technology strategy that also considers mobile devices users when developing new products. We have noticed that wealth & asset managers are switching to a completely digital approach and the iOS app offers a new channel in the onboarding process. We have chosen to start with Apple products, but will also offer an Android version in the future.”
Earlier this year, Blanco was the first in the Netherlands to introduce the Digital Client Intake & Know Your Customer module that allows a new asset management client to be fully registered within one hour and in compliance with relevant legislation such as MiFiD-II.
