We’ve recently taken a closer look at our KYC suite, to see how we could make onboarding even more customer friendly. There are already many settings that can be adjusted by the wealth and asset manager to optimize the customer experience. However, there is always room for improvement. We have, therefore, added a number of new features.
Nearly all communication between the wealth and asset manager and their clients can now completely take place in the wealth and asset managers house style. For example, a welcome email can now have the wealth and asset managers brand colors and logo. When a client lands on special landing pages during the onboarding process, these are also fully in the corporate identity of the company and the client is thus reassured with whom he shares his information. We have also produced manuals that a client can use while onboarding. We make every effort to make the onboarding process as smooth and easy as possible.
We will contact all our customers and together we will draw up a UI/UX improvement plan. This moment will also be used as a kind of “KYC health check”.
