Fintech Blanco has acquired the AIRS platform, combining forces to provide customers with the best technology in financial processes.
Blanco’s innovative technology makes it a leader in the field of know-your-customer (KYC) and onboarding procedures, while AIRS specializes in the field of portfolio management and securities administration for asset managements and banks. By merging the two companies’ expertise and technology, they will become the best service provider for asset management technology.
Over the next four years, the Blanco platform will gradually integrate AIRS functionalities and the AIRS platform will be enhanced using Blanco’s technology. During this transition period, both company names will co-exist for client and customer continuity. Together, the new combination now serves over a hundred (independent) wealth- and asset managers, banks, brokers, and custody institutions in the Benelux region.
