Blanco awarded with NRC Fintech Impact Award 2018
Blanco won the NRC Fintech Impact Awards 2018 jury prize. The jury felt that Blanco’s technology creates a new standard in the financial sector. Moreover, Blanco’s impact on the industry goes beyond technology, which was decisive for the jury.
The jury among others judged Blanco’s new technology that helps wealth and asset managers to register their customers faster (Client Onboarding) and to get to know their customers better (Know Your Customer). Blanco’s mission was also an important criterium for the jury: helping wealth and asset managers to better focus on investing and serving customers through new technology and sharing of knowledge.
Blanco’s CEO Belux Koen Vanderhoydonk says about the award: “Our customers encounter increasing regulatory pressure and costs. Our technology and expertise help them to keep growing despite that. That innovative characteristic was the deciding factor for the jury of the NRC Fintech Impact Awards.”
Blanco was founded in 2015 and has since won international FinTech awards such as the FinTech Awards Luxembourg 2018 and it was nominated for the Dutch Fintech Awards 2017.
